Manufacturing process

We will saw, turn, mill, grind, lap and assemble parts in series production and individual items for you, exactly and to within 0.001 mm accuracy. Our machines are freely programmable and can tackle all machineable metals and alloys.

Here is an overview of our manufacturing process:

Lathes and milling machines

Turning

  • Vertical lathe with powered tools and automatic workpiece feeding

Two-spindle lathe

  • Two-spindle lathe with powered tools and bar feeder

  • 3-axis, Operating ranges up to X: 1020 / Y: 510 / Z: 525

  • Horizontal machining centres with rotary table changers for setup in masked time

  • Creation of metal sealing surfaces
